One of the most significant initiatives of the Misk Foundation is the 2030 Leaders Program, which aims to improve the abilities of Saudi leaders in various sectors who hold leadership positions in the country in order for them to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities that the country is experiencing while also achieving the transformational and development goals that will help the country advance toward a stronger position on the global stage in various fields.
The 2030 Leaders Program offers participants the chance to improve their leadership abilities and knowledge in order to increase their level of contribution to realizing the ambitious 2030 Kingdom Vision goals and programs. Participants go through an intensive training journey that is divided into five training stages: awareness, discovery, building, growth, and development.
The training program will give leaders the cognitive and behavioral flexibility they need to use innovative solutions to problems within the context of effective leadership and problem-solving with a wider creative perspective.
After the previous batches’ successful graduation of 180 male and female leaders, the “Leaders 2030” program is being planned for a fourth time as part of the “Misk” Foundation’s goal of empowering 2000 male and female leaders by the year 2030.–SPA
