Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach announces the reawakening of Mercury Lounge this September. Returning with a new theme, Mercury promises to be the place to see and be seen this season and reopens its doors on Sunday, September 20, 2020.
Where the stars are the roof, and one-of-a-kind views are the walls, Mercury Lounge, Dubai’s most idyllic and glamorous rooftop lounge atop Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach brings guests a taste of Monaco. With 360-degree picturesque views of downtown Dubai twinkling on the eastern horizon and the waves of the Arabian Gulf kissing the shores to the west, Mercury Lounge has reawakened with a new theme. Relax in the shady red and white striped cabanas reminiscent of the Côte d’Azur, indulge in a host of new dishes crafted by Head Chef Andrea Ierardi or enjoy an intimate dinner in the new Private Dining Room with views of the Arabian Gulf – The Principality of Mercury Lounge guarantees to be the destination for all occasions with an unrivalled view of the dynamic city, azure waters and beyond.
The Principality of Mercury Lounge brings a taste of the very best of Monaco, echoing its exceptional location, between mountain and sea, the jewel atop Four Seasons, nestled between the Arabian Gulf and the sparkling Dubai skyline. With a new menu to match, guests can expect to indulge in a culinary journey from Andrea’s signature lobster spaghetti, to his veal Milanese with crispy potatoes. For those looking for an interactive experience, they are encouraged to try the new Mediterraneo dish prepared by the Chef tableside with the guest’s involvement. If guests are looking for an experience more exclusive and intimate, the brand new Private Dining Room within one of Mercury’s rooftop majlis is the perfect spot. Guests can enjoy personalised table service and unique set menus to suit their tastes, all looking out over the Arabian Gulf and the Resort’s lush garden grounds.
Whether guests choose to visit for the daily aperitivo hours from six until eight, or to enjoy complimentary prosecco on Ladies Night as the sun sets over the city, The Principality of Mercury Lounge offers the perfect rooftop destination to eat, drink and unwind, while listening to good music and indulging in delicious drinks and dishes.

- Mercury’s aperitivo is served daily from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, and includes miniature bites with each drink ordered from the aperitivo menu; prices start at AED 70
- Ladies Night takes place every Wednesday from 8:00 to 10:00 pm and ladies will receive two glasses of prosecco complimentary when they visit.
