The countdown has begun for the fifth edition of SEREDO 2026, which will take place at Jeddah Superdome from Sept. 6-8, bringing together more than 50 government and private-sector exhibitors alongside leading real estate developers, financiers and industry experts.
Held under the patronage and with the participation of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the three-day exhibition will cover more than 15,000 square meters and is expected to attract thousands of visitors, investors, developers and real estate professionals from across the Kingdom, particularly the Makkah region.
SEREDO has established itself as a platform connecting key players across the real estate ecosystem, providing opportunities to showcase projects, explore investment opportunities and strengthen partnerships between developers, investors, financing institutions and government entities.
The fifth edition is supported by a number of leading government and private-sector organizations, including the General Real Estate Authority as legislative sponsor, the Real Estate Development Fund as financing partner and the National Housing Company (NHC) as main sponsor.
The exhibition also features diamond sponsorship from ROSHN Group, Aber Kingdom and Araco, alongside participation from numerous Saudi companies.
The event will also have a notable international presence, with more than 12 Egyptian real estate companies taking part, highlighting the growing opportunities for cooperation and investment between the Saudi and regional real estate markets.
Speaking ahead of the exhibition, Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani, CEO of SEREDO 2026, said the organizers’ objective is to create an effective real estate exhibition that contributes to the development and advancement of the Saudi property market.
“SEREDO brings together the key entities supporting the sector and its stakeholders under one roof, creating an environment for exchanging expertise, sharing knowledge and raising awareness of real estate investment and property products,” Al-Zahrani said.
He added that the exhibition also seeks to provide “practical and effective marketing solutions to meet the continuously growing demand in the real estate market and help achieve a balance between supply and demand.”
The program will feature a series of workshops and panel discussions involving CEOs of major real estate companies, as well as leading industry experts. Discussions will focus on developments in the Saudi real estate market, investment opportunities, financing, development trends and the future direction of the sector.
With its combination of government participation, major developers, financial institutions and international exhibitors, SEREDO 2026 is expected to provide a platform for business networking, investment opportunities and knowledge exchange as Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector continues to expand in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.
