The Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center will host the 11th edition of The Big 5 Saudi, which is being hosted by dmg events, from February 18–21, 2023. The largest construction event ever held in Saudi Arabia will host more than 28,000 visitors and more than 750 local and foreign exhibitors from 40 countries, all demonstrating the most recent in construction ideas and technologies.
There were $298 billion worth of real estate projects under construction as of January 2023. The intelligence company ABiQ forecasts that the Saudi real estate building market would expand by 9% to a total of $324 billion by the end of 2023. This sum comprises $18 billion in real estate developments that will be finished in 2023. The construction industry worldwide is faced with rapidly scaling the production and delivery of products across all project stages to meet this enormous demand since an ambitious array of giga and mega projects are frequently announced throughout the Kingdom.

The Big 5 Saudi will showcase eight product categories, including off-site and modular construction, building security and access control, building interiors and finishes, building technologies and innovations, building materials and tools, solar and MEP services, plant machinery and vehicles, and building envelope and special construction. The event will feature over 15,000 products and solutions and welcome a host of new-to-show brands, including Saleh Ibrahim Aldohan, Gulf Factory for Insulation Panels, CPC Holding, Llbna Fnoon, Rkiza Building Materials, Saudi Services Company, Rheem Manufacturing, Lattice Software Solutions, Al Jazirah Falcon, and Masdar. The number of exhibitors has doubled since the event’s 2022 edition.
