Ali Farag and Nouran Gohar Winners of the 11th El Gouna International Squash Open

After eight days of thrilling matches, the 11th El Gouna International Squash Open for Men and Women, a PSA Platinum tournament, came to a close today. The competition took place at El Gouna, the Red Sea village that Orascom Development has completely integrated with sustainability. Players from all around the world competed in this spectacular setting from May 26 to June 2nd.

World No. 3 for men By defeating Mostafa Assal with a score of 12-10 10-12 11-6 11-2 sets, Ali Farag takes first position. In addition, Women’s World No. 2 Nouran Gohar defeated Women’s World No. 8 Nele Gilis in a 58-minute match to win the championship with a score of 11-5 11-7 11-9.

One of the eight largest squash competitions in the world, the El Gouna International Squash Open, Men and Women PSA Platinum included 96 players from 21 different nations.
