The Egyptian pavilion will bring together prominent developers, including Aliwa Group, Mountain View, Palm Hills, Al Oula Real Estate Development, I Plus Real Estate Development, Roshin Egypt, Elite Real Estate Development, and Seif Real Estate Development, alongside several other major companies showcasing their latest projects and investment opportunities to investors and entrepreneurs in the Kingdom.

Eng. Sayed Aliwa, head of the Egyptian pavilion at SEREDO 2026, said the strong Egyptian presence this year reflects the significant growth of Egypt’s real estate sector and the growing expertise of its developers.

He noted that Egyptian companies now offer diverse project portfolios and advanced experience capable of meeting the expectations of Saudi and Gulf investors.

“We are proud to have more than 12 Egyptian real estate development companies participating in SEREDO 2026. This reflects the strong confidence in the Saudi market and the importance of maintaining a continued presence here. It also demonstrates the commitment of Egyptian developers to opening new avenues for successful investment partnerships between the two countries,” Aliwa said.

He added that the exhibition provides an important platform for showcasing promising investment opportunities amid the comprehensive urban development taking place across Egypt.
