The 23rd Arab Radio and Television Festival, which is put on by the Arab States Broadcasting Union in association with the Tunisian Radio and Television Corporations, got underway today in the Tunisian capital. Participants include directors, producers, and other program-making experts from the union’s member organisations, including the Kingdom.
The Tunisian Minister of Culture, Dr. Hayat Qattat, as well as Arab media professionals and academics received honorary awards from Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Harthy, president of the Arab States Broadcasting Union and CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority, during the inaugural event.
