The WIn (Women Innovators) Fellowship Honors the First Batch of Saudi Business Women Graduates

As the first group of Saudi businesswomen graduated from the WIn (Women Innovators) Fellowship Program, there were Prince Mosab bin Mohammed bin Farhan, Deputy Chief Mission, attended the ceremony on behalf of Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Ambassador to the United States.

The WIn Fellowship Program is a component of the Atlantic Council’s empowerME Initiative and was developed in partnership with Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Management with funding from the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia’s Women in Business Committee, UPS, and PepsiCo.

The program, which ran from March 2022 to March 2023, gave participating Saudi women the chance to develop their talents, broaden their practical knowledge, and form networks with people and organizations in the US and the Saudi business world.

The first group of applicants included Sarah bin Laden, a female entrepreneur and data analyst, Rawan Al-Kharboosh, founder and CEO of a biotechnology company, and Renad Al-Jafry, CEO of a business that specializes in finding employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the healthcare sector.–SPA
