The fourth day of the Dubai Esports & Gaming Festival (DEF 2023) saw the festival reach new levels of excitement and entertainment, leaving guests in awe of the amazing experiences on offer. Gamers and aficionados from all over the world gathered to the South Hall 1 of the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, as the festival reached its penultimate day for an unparalleled gaming experience.
The highly anticipated Cosplay competition was one of the day’s highlights, when competitors wowed judges and bystanders alike with their incredible ingenuity and workmanship. It was a thrilling competition to remember because to the cosplayers’ stunning performances and detailed outfits.
In addition to the Cosplay competition, the Dubai Police also held the FIFA 23 and Valorant Tournaments, where talented FPS and virtual football players competed in nail-biting bouts to show off their skills. With the completion of the Dominos Pro regional final, the audience was on its feet, roaring for their favourite players as they exhibited remarkable abilities and clever gaming.
From dramatic finals for Overcooked, Street Fighter 6, and Call of Duty, as well as Fall Guys, Fortnite, Rocket League, and FIFA 23. In their pursuit of the coveted Play Beyond Trophy, the influencers turned no stone unturned.
The Play Beyond event took place on the main stage, immersing spectators in a world of fierce competition, shocks, mid-game challenges, and stoppage time. The Gaming Theatre, in collaboration with VOX Cinemas, has an electrifying atmosphere that made for an exhilarating and unique experience for everyone.
