Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector took center stage in Jeddah on Sunday as the fifth edition of the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition, SEREDO 2026, opened at the Jeddah Superdome, bringing together government entities, developers, investors and financial institutions.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Residential Supply and Development.
The opening comes as Saudi Arabia continues to advance major housing and urban development initiatives aimed at expanding supply, supporting homeownership and strengthening the real estate sector as a key component of the Kingdom’s economic diversification efforts.
During a tour of the exhibition, Al-Tawil visited a number of government and private-sector pavilions, where he reviewed residential and development projects, financing solutions and services designed to meet the changing needs of the Saudi property market.
SEREDO 2026 provides a platform for stakeholders across the real estate ecosystem to engage directly, bringing developers, investors, financial institutions and service providers together while offering visitors access to a range of residential, commercial and investment opportunities.
The exhibition also reflects the growing role of specialized industry events in connecting supply with demand and creating opportunities for partnerships and investment as Saudi Arabia’s cities undergo rapid development.
The opening ceremony concluded with the honoring of the event’s patron, sponsors and supporting partners in recognition of their contributions to the exhibition and their support for initiatives serving the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
SEREDO 2026 will continue at the Jeddah Superdome through Sept. 8, offering visitors and industry professionals an opportunity to explore new projects, investment prospects and developments across the Saudi real estate market.
