Salesforce hosted its first-ever Innovation Day in Saudi Arabia, bringing together senior government officials, industry pioneers, and digital transformation experts. The event reaffirmed Salesforce’s commitment to the Kingdom and explored how trusted AI and data-driven innovation can power Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions.

During the event, Salesforce announced the establishment of its legal entity, reinforcing its regional headquarters in Riyadh, a significant step that deepens the company’s long-term investment in Saudi Arabia’s digital future and the wider Gulf region.
This milestone builds on Salesforce’s previously announced US$500 million investment in Saudi Arabia, focused on advancing innovation, developing digital skills, and supporting national priorities around AI, cloud computing, and the future of work.
“Saudi Arabia is redefining what digital transformation looks like on the world stage,” said Mohammed Al-Khotani, SVP & GM, Salesforce Middle East. “Hosting our first Innovation Day in the Kingdom marks an important milestone in our journey. It’s not just an event, it’s a reflection of our long-term commitment to working alongside Saudi organizations to accelerate Vision 2030 through technology, partnerships, and talent, empowering them to serve citizens and communities with innovation that makes a real difference
Innovation Day is Salesforce’s flagship regional series that showcases how organizations can harness trusted AI, data, and customer experience solutions to deliver measurable outcomes. The Riyadh edition highlighted how public- and private-sector leaders are adopting Salesforce’s trusted platform to create more efficient, connected, and innovative operations.
The event followed a landmark moment at Dreamforce 2025, where His Excellency Abdullah Al-Swaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia, joined Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff to discuss how technology, talent, and global collaboration can accelerate Vision 2030’s ambitions. Dreamforce also saw the debut of the Agentic Enterprise and Agentforce 360, innovations that unite human expertise and AI agents across customer experiences.
In addition, Salesforce announced:
- Agentforce 360 innovations and Google Cloud integrations, extending secure, enterprise-grade AI for regional customers.
- Salesforce Ventures’ US $1 billion AI fund, with over US $850 million already deployed to scale next-generation AI startups driving customer innovation. These global advancements reinforce Salesforce’s in-Kingdom strategy, building local capabilities in trusted AI, skills, and ecosystem development, all aligned with the Kingdom’s vision to become a global hub for technology and innovation.
“We are entering a new chapter, the Agentic Era, where humans and AI work together to drive performance, productivity, and growth,” added Al-Khotani. “Salesforce is proud to help organizations in Saudi Arabia lead that transformation, turning Vision 2030’s ambition into measurable impact.”
With its expanding footprint, legal entity, upcoming Riyadh HQ, and ongoing investments in skills and innovation, Salesforce is empowering organizations across Saudi Arabia to build the trusted AI infrastructure, workforce capabilities, and ecosystem partnerships that will define the Kingdom’s next phase of digital transformation.
