The Qatari pavilion at 37th Jerash Festival of Culture and Arts in Jordan that will continue till August 5, is drawing large crowds of Jordanians from all walks of life as well as tourists from other countries who are interested in learning more about the diverse facets of Qatar’s authentic culture and heritage.
Along with displaying scale replicas of historic ships from Qatar, two traditional crafts—Bashout knitting and traditional ship construction—as well as some diving gear are on display in the pavilion.
The festival has featured traditional male and female clothing from Qatar, as well as some varieties of Bisht.
