Partnering with UAE Tour, Presight AI is supporting the UCI World Tour of Cycling.

Abu Dhabi – Asdaf News:
The UAE Tour’s women’s and men’s stages will be sponsored by Presight AI, a G42 firm and the region’s leader in Big Data Analytics driven by AI, thanks to a collaboration agreement the two parties signed.
Aref Hamad Al Awani, general secretary of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, signed on behalf of the ADSC and Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, in a ceremony on February 8 at the Abu Dhabi Cycling Club. COO Dr. Adel Al Sharji was also present.
The partnership’s emphasis on technology highlights Presight’s continuous efforts in professional sports as it seeks to improve the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations in both elite and amateur cycling through the use of big data and analytics powered by AI.
20 teams, including the famed UAE Team ADQ, Movistar Team, and Team Jumbo Visma, will fight in the first-ever UAE Tour Women from February 9 to February 12. There will be four demanding stages of top-notch road racing. For the race’s final 119-kilometer sprint stage, which travels from the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy to the Abu Dhabi Breakwater, Presight AI has been named the Stage Sponsor.
In the men’s race, which takes place from February 20 to February 26, Presight is the Stage Sponsor of the first stage, which covers 151 kilometers of racing and begins at Al Dhafra Castle and ends in Al Mirfa. Teams like UAE Team Emirates, Jumbo-Visma, Soudal-Quick Step, and Ineos are among those who have committed to competing for stage victories or the coveted red leaders’ jersey.
“The UAE tour is a significant event on the UCI World Tour calendar where we witness our world-class athletes who push themselves beyond limitations,” stated Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight AI. The fact that Presight is sponsoring two stages of the UAE Tour for both men and women shows how dedicated we are to supporting local athletes and professional sports.
“This collaboration presents a unique opportunity for us to delve deeper into our expertise as we explore the exciting potential of big data analytics and artificial intelligence in professional cycling and sports across the region,” the CEO said.
Aref Hamad Al Awani, General Secretary of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, said, “The two races are the first UCI World Tour events in the Middle East, and we highly value this partnership with Presight AI. The UAE Tours for women and men are excellent platforms to showcase the UAE to the world and establish cycling culture in the country.”
