In order to advance this important area of the business, the Saudi Film Commission is taking part in the Annecy International Animated Film Festival in France alongside a group of regional animators. The seven-day tournament has begun.
The festival, a world-wide celebration of animation, brings together seasoned specialists from the industry to honour inventive animation methods and aesthetics.
The Saudi animated short film “Saleeg,” which won the “Daw’ Film Competition,” will make its festival debut while contending for the best animated short film honour in the “Perspectives” category, according to the commission.
