Beginning on September 10 and running through September 13 in Riyadh, Cityscape Global will be hosted by Tahaluf and centred around the topic “The Future of Living” with support from the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing. The show, which will be held at the Riyadh show and Convention Centre in Malham, Riyadh, will bring together homebuyers, real estate specialists, designers, and local and international real estate developers.
The exhibition will host thousands of buyers, real estate professionals, and investors in addition to 2,000 attendees from over 170 countries. They will come to see more than 350 exhibitors as well as more than 250 local and foreign speakers who will share their thoughts and experience during various conferences held throughout the exhibition and over 250 hours of sessions.
In order to highlight cutting-edge residential and commercial properties and communities like Kuzam, Al Fursan, and Sadayem Suburbs by the National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshn, Jeddah Central Development Company, AlUla, Masar Destination, Retal, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), King Salman Park Foundation, and Mohammed Bin Salman, Cityscape Global will exhibit high-profile and giga projects throughout the Kingdom under one roof.
The Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, has underlined the importance of this event, saying, “We are thrilled to be hosting Cityscape Global in Riyadh, the largest real estate exhibition in the world, within which the most significant major projects under the umbrella of Vision 2030 are participating, along with quality projects from 24 countries to establish the value of this largest event, and we welcome investors, developers, and enthusiasts to attend”.
The ideal setting for observing and influencing changes in real estate development and quality of life is Cityscape Global 2023. Through several talks held throughout the exhibition, visitors to the September show will get a glimpse into the world of the future. Free seminars are available to attendees in the Design and Architecture area, the PropTech stage, the Real Estate Institutional Investor Forum, the Property Portfolio Forum, and the NEOM Future of Living Summit. The Cityscape Global ROSHN Hackathon, organized by BIM Ventures, and the Cityscape Innovation Challenge, which enables start-ups to present their ideas for building a more innovative future, will take place concurrently.
