Majid Al-Hogail minister of municipal, rural affairs and housing inaugurated Cityscape Global Exhibition, the world’s leading real estate event, today.
Cityscape Global hosts hundreds of global master developers where they will be showcasing their mega projects to160,000 expected visitors from all over the world.
The exhibition will be on view at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, which is north of Riyadh, until September 13.
The event, which has the theme “Future of Living,” is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs & Housing and is being put on by Tahaluf.
Exclusive launches at the NEOM Future Home Building Summit are among the opening day’s highlights, along with a number of panel discussions that will cover a range of subjects, including the impact of design, current innovations in proptech spearheaded by women, and blockchain uses in real estate, among many others.
According to the organizers, the Roshn hackathon will have two tracks: the New Venture Ideas and the Established Startups.

By creating inventive tools or solutions that interface with properties, such as smart home technologies, it will assist in introducing cutting-edge items that use technology to improve the real estate experience.
Additionally, they said, it will offer creative solutions to infrastructure and regulatory problems like data protection, security, and master plan design that are encountered in the prop tech business.
Cityscape Global returns this year with a special edition for the Kingdom that brings together the enormous Saudi Vision 2030 projects and leading real estate developing businesses. Cityscape Global serves as a significant global platform for presenting distinctive real estate projects like the Battersea Power Plant.
