Alhamour H.A., the first Saudi film to be commercially shown in Egypt, has its Egyptian premiere at VOX Cinemas.

Last night, VOX Cinemas staged the Egyptian premiere of Alhamour H.A., the first Saudi film to be commercially released in Egyptian cinemas. The cast, which included Khaled Yaslam, Fatima AlBanawi, Fahad Alqahtani, Ali Alsharif, Ismael Alhasan, Khairiah Abulaban, and director Abdulelah Alqurashi, attended the gala ceremony at VOX Cinemas Mall of Egypt. Majid Al Futtaim Distribution will distribute the comic drama in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the GCC, and it will be released in Egyptian cinemas on February 15th.

Alhamour H.A centers on a security guard who amasses a large fortune through fraud and persuades others to invest their money with him with the promise of a rapid reward before events take a turn. The story is based on actual events that took place in Jeddah in the early 2000s. The much anticipated film is directed by Boulevard Productions and written by Hani Kadour and Omar Bahabri. Egyptian composer Hesham Nazih, a multiple award-winning artist, created the film’s score.
Alhamour H.A debuts in Egypt on February 15 before being released in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, and Iraq on February 16. Visit voxcinemas.com to find out more or to purchase tickets.
