The Saudi paralympic weightlifter Adnan Nour Saeed, won the gold medal in the overall competition in the 49 kg youth division by lifting 162 kg.
His accomplishment occurred at the beginning of the Para Powerlifting World Championships 2023, which were hosted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and featured 499 participants from 80 different nations.
Talal Al-Balawi, another member of his Saudi national team, won the bronze medal in the overall competition.
Adnan, a paralympic champion, expressed his happiness after accomplishing this extraordinary feat.
