Abdul Aziz Al Nuaimi: Businesses reflected an attractive environment for tourists and visitors of the emirate

His Highness Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD), visited a number of new touristic projects in the emirate which included some recently opened hotels.
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi was informed of the latest touristic achievements that were completed in Ajman, and which contributed to an increase of 7.7% in the number of hotel establishments and 6.3% in the number of hotel rooms across the emirate.
During his tour, Al Nuaimi stressed on the importance of projects and initiatives that serve the tourism sector and reflect an attractive environment for tourists and visitors of the emirate, while pointing out how such projects are considered as pillars for expanding the resources of local economy by methods that tackle changes efficiently and wisely, which allows us to achieve our goals set according to current and future business strategies.
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi emphasized during his visit on the importance of the qualitative tourism development projects being established in the emirate, and their strong impact in reinforcing the leading position Ajman, in particular, has attained as a touristic destination, and the whole UAE in general. Tourists are receiving all the welcome and support within the framework of a complete vision that aims to achieve full capacity in satisfying people, ensure them an ideal lifestyle, and providing the best infrastructure and legislations that meet the highest international standards.
For his part, His Excellency Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, Director General of Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD), stated that the emirate has become a destination for tourism investment in the region, as the sector has proven its competence to sustainably attract new investments, supported by the government’s directions and economical and political stability, and underlining that the Emirate of Ajman boasts the required factors to be a preferred destination for tourism investment, with its superior infrastructure, essential services, and government facilities it provides for investors to achieve their objectives.
Al Geziry pointed out that the emirate of Ajman possesses all the basics needed to qualify it to be one of the most important and prominent investment destinations in the tourism sector across the region, and that its development and progress in various sectors is a result of the support of its wise leadership with a progressive vision and aptitude to encourage talents and efficiently face challenges, in order to enhance the tourism environment in the emirate.
