Taking place on Sunday 4th April, families can expect all the usual casual but upmarket Weslodge Saloon treatment with some extra special dishes to mark Easter. Kicking off with a classic cauliflower and mint soup followed by two delicious starters: a creamy Oliver and a freshly sourced Burrata and Tomato – leaving plenty of room for a show stopping whole roasted leg of lamb served with mashed potato, pan-fried asparagus, cheesy cauliflower, glazed carrots, sautéed green bean, mint sauce and lamb gravy. Also on the table, no dinner is complete without Weslodge Saloon’s famous mac & cheese for that Sunday comfort carb hit.
Who would book an Easter feast without the promise of chocolate? The team has more than fulfilled that promise. Famous for creating talking point desserts, Weslodge’s “Chocolate Easter Egg” does more than it says on the shell. Once cracked, the insides reveal molten marshmallow ‘white’ and caramel ‘yolk’ with plenty of chocolate brownie and sweet surprises – all served on a chocolaty nest. Ensuring families and friends who just want to chill at home but still get their Easter on, Weslodge Saloon is making that show stopping whole lamb leg available for takeaway from 1st – 10th April. Including a 3-4 KG roasted leg of lamb served with sides of mashed potato, pan-fried asparagus, cheesy cauliflower, glazed carrots, sautéed green bean, mint sauce and lamb gravy – the feast costs AED 520 for 4-5 people
