Istituto Marangoni Riyadh Opens Its Doors For “Student For A Day “ Open Lessons
Luxury aspiring professionals are invited to join live classes in Fashion Design and Luxury Business on 22 and 23 April.

Istituto Marangoni Riyadh is inviting aspiring fashion and luxury professionals to experience campus life first-hand through its Student for a Day initiative, with Open Lessons taking place on 22 and 23 April 2026, from 3:30 PM-6 PM at the campus in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
The two-session programme gives participants a direct introduction to studying at one of the world’s leading fashion schools where, according to the Institute’s latest graduate survey conducted with leading research firm Doxa, 91% of alumni secure employment immediately after completing their studies. Participants will join live classes, meet industry experts and explore their creativity. No prior experience is needed.
On 22 April, IM Lecturer Alla Aljhni will lead a session on Conceptualization to Collection in Fashion Design, introducing participants to the fundamental steps of the fashion design process, from gathering inspiration and developing an initial idea, to translating concepts into sketches and building a cohesive collection.
On 23 April, Dr. Anna Zinola, School & Education Director at Istituto Marangoni, will explore Behind the Scenes of Luxury Business, examining what luxury means today, how companies develop products from perfumes to jewellery, and the business models underpinning major luxury players, with case studies including Hermès.
