Concert of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 in D Major by the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra

The “Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 in D Major” concert will take place on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Hamilton International School Theatre in Mesaimeer as part of a special evening featuring the astounding works of Beethoven, Haydn, and Arnold.

Beethoven’s Second Symphony will appear in the performance. The orchestra will also play Haydn’s Symphony No. 101, affectionately known as “The Clock,” which was influenced by his excursions to London. Peter Davida, a member of the orchestra, will perform Arnold’s impressive Concerto No. 1 for Horn solo. Elias Grandy, a passionate German conductor, will lead the Philharmonic.
