As part of Gulfood’s new chef-driven “Dubai World Cuisine” movement, Folly & Friends, the well-known culinary campaign from the renowned restaurant Folly, is proud to announce their most recent guest chef event. Gulfood’s “Dubai World Cuisine” movement aims to give UAE-based chefs a platform to collaboratively shape the cultural identity of Dubai and further establish the city as a global culinary capital. On February 24th, Andrew Walsh, the brains behind Singapore’s CURE restaurant, which has a Michelin star, will be hosted by Folly and their executive chef Bojan Cirjanic.
In order to give guests a memorable dining experience, the event will offer a 7-course tasting menu of dishes made by both Bojan Cirjanic and Andrew Walsh. This menu will combine current European ingredient-led dishes by Folly with Irish elevated cuisine by CURE.
The exclusive menu will be available for AED 475 for food only, or AED 850 for a food and beverage pairing.
